Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with APEX OS. If it’s not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new APEX OS subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription period only. It does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or additional CHUM credit purchases made after the initial 30-day window.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email support@apexos.ai with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Include your account email address and the reason for your refund (optional but helpful)

No forms to fill out. No hoops to jump through. Just send us an email and we’ll handle it.

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your APEX OS subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@apexos.ai.

  • Access continues through the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window has passed
  • Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation upon request

5. CHUM Credit Refunds

CHUM credits included with your subscription tier are non-refundable once consumed. Unused CHUM credits remaining at the time of a qualifying refund request will be refunded as part of the subscription refund.

Separately purchased CHUM credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Fully unused CHUM credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee window for subscription fees (unless required by applicable law)
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a resolution

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
